You can easily change your password yourself. Please follow these steps:

• Log in to your account and go to 'Account Settings'
• Click on the little pencil (edit) button
• Fill in 1x the old password
• Then fill in 2x the new password
• Click on 'Save my new password'

The requirements for your new password are:

• A minimum of six characters
• At least one capital leteer
• At least one number

Don't forget to click on 'Save my new password'! Your password has now been saved.
