If the putting up of your advertisement by phone has failed, we kindly ask you let us know as soon as possible. To find out what went wrong, we need the following information:

  • When did you try to put your advertisement up (date and time?)
  • From which phone number did you call?
  • What is your telephone provider (T-Mobile, Vodafone, KPN, etc.)
  • What is the code you put in?

Mail this information to Customer Service so they can look up in the log book what went wrong and how this can be solved.

Note: Lyca and Lebara regularly have problems with putting up advertisements. We advise you to use a different phone provider than these two.
