Our moderation team receives a number of almost 2000 accounts and advertisements per day. With the exception of week ends and holidays, they strive to review every account and advertisement within 24 hours. (We don't moderate in the evening!)

As soon as your account has been seen by one of our moderators, you will receive an e-mail. It is useless to call or mail us for this. When your account has been disapproved, you will receive an e-mail with the reason why. When your account has been approved, you can start advertising.
