In case you, for whatever reason, can no longer use your e-mail address, we can only help you if you have a phone number in your account. You can call us using that phone number, so we can see that you are the account holder. If you don't have a telephone number in your account, we unfortunately are not able to help you further. We only answer questions about a certain account, if the e-mail has been sent from the e-mail address used with the account. This way we know we are really communicating with the account holder. For privacy reasons, we therefore don't answer to e-mails about other accounts not linked to the e-mail address used for e-mailing.
